Peter Kirkwood has been a critical part of the Indiana Sister Cities International Council since it was founded in 2018. Through his work as Indiana State Representative for Sister Cities International, Peter has reengaged various sister city programs to help promote the growth and is a skilled citizen diplomat acting as the Chief of Protocol at The International Center.
